Visiting one of the beautiful place in my country - Ambuluwawe (අම්බුළුවාව)

                           Loveena...      I like reading books very much. Lovina is one of the most beautiful novels I have ever read. It is also known as the hidden love story of mount Lavinia.         The other of the novel lovina is Mr.Mohan Raj Madawala. His other works include " Nil Katarol, Kolombiya, Rajina, Beloved Victoriya, etc. The novels Lovina written in sinhala,has now been translated into english.         people from the past in sri lanka were divided into different castes. The story loveless around punni, women belonging to a lower caste. Punni is maternals grandmother. She sacrifices a lot for arace.         Lovina had a romantic relationship with a youth named Uthiya from her casts. The story mentions that Governor Thomas Maitland fell in love with lovina and verios political issues arose there.          Lovina is story based on a true story. It also includes imaginary events.             ...Traveling...            My country is a perfect county with natural beauty. There are waterfalls, Mountain tops, green trees, wild animals, parks, ancient places in my country. Visiting such places whenever I get free time is my favorite pastime.             So far I have visited about fifty-sixty famous and unknown tourist places in sri lanka. Kandy, nelligala, peradeniya botanical garden, pinnawata, beddagana wetland park, negambo beach, galle face, horton place, ambuluwawe tower, anuradhapura and polonnaruwe city, somawathiye, nuwaraeliya, bathalegala mountain, kabaragala mountain, olu alla, nalagena waterfall  are some of them.           My friends participate in these trips. Riding on motorcycles is very fun. Some journeys are difficult but the destination is very beautiful. Otherwise we have to travel by bus or train. Many places requir willing along a small footpath.             Scooby-doo...                     Watching cartoons has been my hobby since childhood. My favorite cartoon is scooby-doo.                     Scooby-doo is a popular cartoon in the world. Scooby is the pet dog of a yung man named shaggy. Scooby is a brown color, large but timid and good-natured dog.         __Our Sinhala Sweets__ S inhala sweets are part of our culture. These have a long history and there are verios stories about sweets.  Milk rice, Kawum, Kokis, Aluwa, Dodol, Asmee famous among sinhala sweets. Milk rice is the main dish of sweets table.  F arming is done before the new year. Sweets are made from that rice. Rice flour, honey and coconut oil are use to make sweets. Sinhala sweets are often sweet.  Sweets are cooked during ouspicious occasions and festivals. In every house, the housewife makes sweets before the new year. During the new year celebration, you can't do without these sweets. The guests who come to the house are treated with sweets and Everyone is happy eating  sweets. Foreigeners like sinhala sweets a lot. This sweets are unique to Sri Lanka. 

                  Indonesia...     This trip abroad is a valuable opportunity that got in my life. A group of twenty five peoples went to indonesia for a dance and dance program. We left Sri Lanka's katunayake Bandaranaike internetional Arport on 2020.12.25.  My hart was filled with great joy. Because of the first trip abroad, I felt curiosity and a little fear. We were traveling in a plane belonging to sri lanka Airlines.  We went to jakarta, that Capital of indonesia. Our trip was seven days. Participated in shows and presented our culturel elements. The people of that country were very happy, wish us luck. They treated us well.  We enjoyed the food in indonesia. We visited beautiful and important places. Went shopping and bought gifts for family members and my friends. We had a lot of fun. We riturned to Sri Lanka on 2021.01.02.  I got a unforgettable memories  in my life during the trip. I would love to do the same trip again. 

                    Ambuluwawe Tower...          I love to visit beautiful and precious places in sri lanka on my free days. This is one such trip. Ambuluwawe can be described as one of the most beautiful places I visited a one year ago.          Ambuluwawe peak is 3567 feet above sea level. It is located about 1000 feet above kandy-Gampola city. The tower is located on the top of the hill. As there are no other mountains in the surrounding area and it's unique location, ambuluwawe tower gets a view that cannot be seen from Gampola railway station.  A mbuluwawe has grown in popularity and recent time due to the breathtaking views you can experience when you climb to the top of the tower. It is also famous for a narrow spiral staircase if you are up for a challenge then Sri Lanka is the perfect place to visit...
