inhala sweets are part of our culture. These have a long history and there are verios stories about sweets. 

Milk rice, Kawum, Kokis, Aluwa, Dodol, Asmee famous among sinhala sweets. Milk rice is the main dish of sweets table.

arming is done before the new year. Sweets are made from that rice. Rice flour, honey and coconut oil are use to make sweets. Sinhala sweets are often sweet. 

Sweets are cooked during ouspicious occasions and festivals. In every house, the housewife makes sweets before the new year. During the new year celebration, you can't do without these sweets. The guests who come to the house are treated with sweets and Everyone is happy eating  sweets.

Foreigeners like sinhala sweets a lot. This sweets are unique to Sri Lanka.
